Sir Ian McKellen 'wishes' he could attend Wigan Pride
Well, you know how much we love a bit of local pride here in Wigan! It sounds like our very own Sir Ian McKellen is feeling the same, even though he can't make it to our fantastic first-ever Pride festival. He's been so inspired by our town, it's lovely to hear!
The town's first Pride festival was inspired by the actor, who grew up in the town.
